Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Our DBT group is structured to teach healthy coping skills to people struggling with emotions, relationships, and/or impulsivity. It is aimed at helping build strategies to live a life worth living. In this group we work on emotional regulation skills and distress tolerance. We help you practice interpersonal effectiveness and learn mindfulness.
This is a small group consisting of up to 8 adults who meet weekly for 12 weeks.
Group Therapy for Depression and Anxiety
Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy that is conducted in a group setting with two or more people. The main focus of group therapy is to provide a supportive environment for people who are struggling with mental health issues. Group therapy can be beneficial for people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues.
How We Do It!
Group therapy is a process that allows individuals to share their experiences and feelings with each other in a confidential setting. In group therapy, people can explore how the problems they are experiencing are related to their thoughts, feelings, and behavior. The therapist facilitates the group by providing a safe and supportive environment, and by giving feedback and direction when needed.
